Shipping Rates

• Canada Ground — Regular order preparation + ground shipping (3-7 business days in transit): no charge
• Rush Order/Canada Select — Priority order preparation and expedited shipping (1-2 business days in transit): $95.00
• USA Ground — Regular order preparation + ground shipping (5-10 business days in transit): $125.00 (US dollars)

Shipping Notes

Please allow about 5 business days for us to make and personalize your urn before it ships. Occasionally it can take a little longer.

Need it sooner? Choose Canada Rush Order + Expedited Shipping at checkout for priority preparation. If you have a firm date, please contact us first so we can confirm we'll meet it.

Shipping prices include freight, fuel surcharges and brokerage.

Our urns are made in Canada. As of September 2026, they qualify for duty-free entry into the USA under CUSMA/USMCA. With trade rules between Canada and the US changing often, we can't guarantee this. If US duties or tariffs apply to an order, they're paid by the customer.

Breakage/Damage

Urns are carefully packaged to avoid shipping issues. If an urn should arrive to a customer in a damaged state, a replacement urn will be shipped at no charge. Damaged urns must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Returns

Any urn that is not customized (engraved) is returnable at customer’s expense. A full refund less shipping cost (if applicable) will be refunded once the undamaged urn is received. Urns that have been engraved are not eligible for a refund.

Pricing

Pricing includes personalization and ground shipping within Canada. For other shipping information, please refer to “Shipping/Return Policies”.

Urn Selection

1. Choose the wood variety and urn style.
2. Enter your engraving and choose a font, with artwork above if you like.
3. Select and process your order.

Approval

Once your order is received, you will be emailed a proof of your personalized engraving order. If acceptable, proof must be approved via email. Any changes or corrections may be made at this time. Should you decide not to continue with your purchase, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

Order Processed

Your urn will now be personalized and prepared for shipping. Once complete, your urn will be shipped via the method you chose when placing the order. Please note that occasionally longer processing time may be required. If this is a rush order, please contact us first to be certain we can meet your timelines.
